Pinnacle are partnering with a leading Tier 1 Contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Rail division based in Leeds.

The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in the commercial management of major construction projects, ensuring financial performance, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing all commercial and contractual aspects of projects
* Cost control, forecasting, and value management
* Monitoring project progress and preparing commercial reports
* Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and consultants
* Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities
* Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and quality standards
About You
We’re looking to speak with Quantity Surveyors who:
* Have experience within the Rail sector, ideally on Civils or Depot projects
* They will consider somone coming from a strong Civils background and are looking to move into Rail
* Possess strong commercial awareness and communication skills
* Are driven, organised, and keen to progress within a leading contractor environment
Salary upto £50,000 + pkg
