Catering Department – Retail Assistant
The Catering department at Prince Philip Hospital is currently looking to recruit a retail assistant at our Caban Express retail shop to work with colleagues to provide an effective & efficient retail service to our customers.
The successful candidate will play an integral role within the team & ensure that the service is offered to the highest standard.
Full training & uniform will be provided to the successful candidate.
The post is for one 11 hour per week position over two days, Monday-Friday, working various days on a two-week rolling rota.
Duties
* Greeting & serving customers with a polite attitude.
* Operating a computer till with both card & cash payments.
* Recording daily takings at end of day.
* Ensuring shop is stocked appropriately.
* Completing due diligence in line with HACCP legislation.
* Maintaining cleanliness throughout the day.

* 47 general practices (six of which are health board managed practices); dental practices (including four orthodontic); 97 community pharmacies; 43 general ophthalmic practices; and 8 ophthalmic domiciliary providers
