Duties:
6. Prepare and spray vehicles to the highest standard using quality paint and techniques
7. Mix and match colours accurately to achieve seamless finishes
8. Follow manufacturer guidelines and adhere to health and safety standards
9. Maintain a clean and organised workstation
10. Work efficiently within a busy repair environment to meet deadlines
Requirements:
11. Proven experience as a Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer within an accident repair centre or automotive environment
12. Essential skills include proficient spraying and colour matching, ideally with ATA accreditation, although this is not essential
13. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a high-quality finish
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
15. Reliable with a professional attitude towards health and safety regulations
