A leading engagement consultancy are looking for an experienced, proactive Account Director to join their Planning team based in London. They deliver community and stakeholder engagement, public consultation and local political communications for clients in the development, infrastructure and energy sectors.
Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing the Planning team
* Developing and implementing strategies for clients to achieve their objectives
* Chairing stakeholder workshops and liaison groups
* Assist in growing the business throughout the UK and bringing in new clients and projects
They are looking for:
* Significant experience leading public consultations and engagement for planning applications
* Ideally experience doing engagement for housing developments
* Experience within a consultancy working with a range of clients
* Demonstrable experience in business development and successful client management
