Social Worker - Family Support & Safeguarding
Up to £38.00 per hour | East Midlands | 37 hours p/w, hybrid
About the role:
* Working in accordance with the authorities practice framework
* Compliance with legislation and departmental policies
* Maintaining timely, accurate and clear written records, writing reports
* Working effectively with children, their families and colleagues from a range of different agencies to plan, coordinate and review outcome focused plans
* Modeling strengths based approach
* Regular supervision
* Contributing to practice and service development
* Opportunities for relevant training and development
* Any responsibilities regarded as within the nature of the duties and responsibilities
* Work in accordance with Social Work England
What you need:
* A degree in Social Work or equivalent
* Registered with Social Work England
* At least 3 years PQE direct employment within English Local Authorities
* Completed relevant post-qualifying training
* Enhanced DBS check
* Excellent communication and written skills
