1. Predominantly working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
2. Strong understanding of agentic frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, DeepSeek, OpenAI.
3. Proven experience with agent-to-agent protocols.
4. Ability to determine the most suitable LLM for specific environments and use cases.
5. Collaboration with the model risk team for performance monitoring, testing, and compliance.
6. Work closely with the central AI platform team to ensure alignment and scalability.
7. Knowledge and hands-on experience with GPUs (fine-tuning, Nvidia reference architecture).
8. Familiarity with AI governance principles and compliance requirements.
9. Understanding of MCP servers and their role in AI orchestration.
