We are currently seeking a professional, friendly and reliable Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients/residents and their families. In addition, you will provide confidential administrative support to the team, assisting in day-to-day office tasks.
This role will give the successful applicant the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients/residents and families. You should be organised in your work and manage competing demands, thus ensuring the smooth running of the Care Home & Hospice. You should also be competent in Microsoft Office packages and have experience of working in an office environment.
Development of a relevant SVQ/SCQF qualification will be supported.
Salary is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance.
