Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children in our care. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with children, demonstrating strong management and leadership skills to foster their development and well-being.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and engage with children in various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating environment for children.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
* Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and playtime.
* Collaborate with other childcare staff to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare practices.
* Provide emotional support and guidance to children as needed.
Skills
* Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential.
* Strong management and leadership abilities to guide both children and staff effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Experience working in a nursery setting is advantageous.
* A genuine love for working with children and understanding their developmental needs.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
