We act as a portal into McCann Worldgroup, leading cross‑group teams to drive world‑class creative. We are currently working actively with MRM, Momentum, Craft, Weber Shandwick, UM, McCann Synergy and Octagon to deliver global programmes in every area of marketing. We work with a wide portfolio of leading global brands, including NEOM, Nestle, Amdocs, Reckitt, SABIC, Mastercard, Arla and Equinor.
Responsibilities
* Working closely with senior internal and external stakeholders to lead on the development and creation of integrated campaigns.
* Building effective relationships with the client, immersing yourself within their business to act as a true consultant.
* Proactively offering strategic direction and development input.
* Presenting cross‑channel campaigns to the client supported by strategic approach and considerations.
* Leading a team to ensure client requests are dealt with promptly and expectations are managed in terms of speed and delivery.
* Providing in‑depth analysis of campaign performance with recommendations for future considerations.
* Managing internal stakeholders and departments.
* Managing and mentoring an account handling team.
Qualifications
* Previous agency experience, specifically cross‑channel campaign experience.
* Experience managing projects from start to finish, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget.
* An integrated marketing communications background working with corporate brands.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Highly developed organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Nice to Have
* It would be advantageous to have worked on a global account previously.
* Experience handling large volumes of work and working to tight, fast deadlines.
