About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Selly Oak is an Ofsted‑rated Good nursery with a capacity of 96. We build strong relationships with local schools and SEND agencies to support every child’s development. Located close to Selly Oak train station, with free parking and flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead planning and execution of age‑appropriate activities and curriculum.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Foster a high‑performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee development and wellbeing of children, tracking progress and communicating with parents.
* Serve as Key Person for a group of children, ensuring holistic development and personal care.
* Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience in roles such as Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passion for fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.
