An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to join our team providing care and support to patients in their own homes across West Sutherland.
The West Sutherland Community Nursing Team is committed to the delivery of high quality and effective nursing services across a large geographical area and supporting the GP practices within this area.
The post would suit an enthusiastic and motivated Nurse with excellent time management and communication skills as well as the ability to effectively prioritise workload and who would enjoy the challenges posed by working in a rural area
Applications are welcomed from individuals who have a commitment to multi-disciplinary working to facilitate a high standard of care which is evidence based and in accordance with NMC, local and national policies and legislation.
A full UK driving licence is essential and a pool car will be available, however, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.
An ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
Applicants must hold NMC registration and an appropriate RN qualification is essential
This is a permanent full-time post of 37 hours per week working as per service requirements including weekend working.
