My client is a well-established property and building maintenance company, specialising in domestic plumbing, commercial projects, and street works. Established over 19 years ago, the business has grown steadily to a team of 60, achieving a turnover of £2.3M last year and on track for £4M this year. With exciting growth plans ahead, they are looking for a skilled and motivated Domestic Plumber to join a supportive team and play a key role in shaping the future of the company.
Responsibilities
* As a Domestic Plumber, youll be working on a variety of sites, mainly domestic properties, carrying out general plumbing works, installations, and maintenance. Your day-to-day will include unvented cylinder work, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, leak repairs, and general plumbing maintenance.
* Looking ahead, youll also have the chance to work on renewable plumbing solutions as the company diversifies, giving you exposure to innovative and future-focused projects.
Person specification / Qualifications
* Qualified Domestic Plumber with NVQ Level 2 and G3 Unvented (or equivalent)
* Experience across general domestic plumbing works, maintenance, and certifications
* Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing systems and maintenance contracts
* Proactive, professional, and able to deliver excellent customer service
* Keen to progress and get involved in renewable plumbing and larger projects
The Role
* Multiple domestic sites per day - general plumbing works, installations & maintenance
* Carrying out unvented cylinders, bathrooms & kitchens
* Assessing timescales, materials, and reporting to managers
* Opportunities to work on renewable plumbing projects and innovative installations
