* Providing harm reduction information (including risks of Blood Bourne Virus transmission and Overdose Awareness).
* Supporting referral routes into other treatment agencies (for example Hep C trust and Sexual Health clinics).
* Talk to people about structured treatment for substance misuse.
* Provide information about and distribute Naloxone kits.
* Providing new equipment required for IV use to people accessing this service.
* Provide period products, and dental products.
* Signpost people to community services (for example food banks and housing).
* Adhere to risk management, health and safety guidelines and any relevant policies relating to the role.
