We are delighted to be supporting an Ofsted Outstanding primary school in the recruitment of a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time position starting in September.

The Role:
As a HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality learning interventions and covering classes where required.
Supporting the planning, delivery, and assessment of lessons.
Working collaboratively with teachers and senior leaders.
Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND and SEMH.
Contributing positively to behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusion strategies.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Proven experience working in a primary school setting.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
A nurturing, professional, and proactive approach.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
