Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Salary: £20,000 - £28,000 Basic OTE £40,000 - £50,000 plus pool car available
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, Every other Saturday 9am – 5pm

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the property market, valuation experience, and a proven track record in estate agency. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The ability to build and maintain client relationships, along with a proactive attitude and keen eye for detail, will set you apart.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing and winning new business
2. Handling telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers
3. Accompanied viewings with prospective buyers
4. Supporting the team
5. Negotiating offers
6. Managing sales progression: liaising with solicitors and other agents, keeping all parties informed
7. Acting as a senior member of the sales team and covering other negotiators as required
8. Performing any other duties necessary to assist the team
