PPM Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a Multi Trade operative for one of our clients based in Livepool
Duties inlcude
1. First and second fix plumbing
2. Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring.
3. Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling.
4. Patch Plastering.
5. Installation of a shower tray.
6. Tiling of walls.
7. Installation of a bathroom suite including WC, WHB and Mixer showers.
8. Painting and decoration to a decent standard.
9. Radiator installation including draining down and re-filling systems
This is a permanent position with a company Van
£34,067 per year basic £40k OTE
Must be qulified in Joiner or Plumbing
