We’re recruiting for a Overseas Payroll Specialist to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.
Join our Retail Operations team as an Overseas Payroll Specialist and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payments to our customers across multiple jurisdictions. What you'll be doing:
* Processing non-UK payroll accurately and confidentially, applying jurisdictional tax and PAYE rules
* Validating payroll data and escalating anomalies to ensure timely resolution
* Reporting real-time payroll information and maintaining compliance with HMRC requirements
* Supporting system changes and user testing to safeguard accurate payments
* Responding to internal and external audit queries professionally and promptly
* Mentoring and coaching team members to share knowledge and improve skills
* Recording workflow activities and performing quality checks to maintain standards
* Embedding Conduct Risk principles to deliver good customer outcomes
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* Strong knowledge of payroll processing and reconciliations
* Awareness of UK and non-UK payroll regulations and tax requirements
* Understanding of pension products and related payment services
* Proven experience in administrative processing within a busy environment
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Effective planning and organisational abilities
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
