Merrifield Consultants are delighted to partner with London Transport Museum, in their search for a Corporate Partnerships Manager. In this role you will deliver and grow the Museums corporate partnerships programme during an exciting capital fundraising campaign, manage and develop relationships with existing partners, identify and secure new business opportunities, create compelling proposals, and support the high‑profile annual fundraising event, the London Transport Dinner and Auction, through corporate engagement and income generation strategy. Combining strategic thinking with hands‑on relationship management, you will play a pivotal role in driving income and building long‑term partnerships that make a lasting impact and support the Museums future ambitions.

Responsibilities
* Identify, research and secure new corporate partnership and sponsorship opportunities aligned with the Museums strategic priorities.
* Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and partnership packages that deliver mutual value for the Museum and corporate partners.
* Lead negotiations and agree partnership terms, ensuring contracts are commercially robust and aligned with organisational objectives.
* Act as a primary relationship manager for corporate partners, providing high‑quality stewardship and ensuring long‑term engagement and retention.
* Produce high‑quality partnership communications, including proposals, reports, updates and newsletters.
* Lead or support the delivery of partnership‑related events and activations, ensuring a professional partner experience.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of partnership activity, income and communications within the CRM system.
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience working in a corporate partnerships, sponsorship, fundraising or stakeholder management role.
* Demonstrable track record of generating income through corporate relationships and meeting or exceeding income targets.
* Experience of managing high value corporate relationships, including stewardship, renewals and contract delivery.
* Experience of supporting or delivering partnership related events or activations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce persuasive proposals and present confidently to senior audiences.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and deadlines simultaneously.
