In this role, you will be creating and optimising CNC programmes, selecting tooling and machining strategies, and coordinating workflows to maximise production efficiency and quality across the workshop.

The Role:
* Create, prepare and optimise CAM programmes for 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machinery
* Select tooling, speeds and machining strategies to maximise efficiency and quality
* Plan and coordinate CNC activities alongside production teams
* Prepare works orders, drawings and technical documentation
The Person:
* Experience with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC programming
* Background in joinery, furniture manufacturing or similar
* Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings
* Experience with CAD software
