Ensure robust governance over the patient pathway for Community Dental Service, by maintaining oversight and management of both clinical capacity and demand, as well as the operational patient waiting list.
Collaborating closely with the Management Team, clinicians and information teams, maximise utilisation of clinical resources available and aim to provide a patient-focused, professional, consistent and responsive service.
You'll also work closely with our operational management team to help improve patient experience and achieve key performance targets, such as reducing missed appointments (DNAs).
