We’re looking for a driven and safety-focused Section Manager to lead operations at our Harper Lane Plant. You’ll manage production, supervise a team, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. This role is key to delivering high-quality materials efficiently and sustainably.
What You’ll Do:
1. Lead daily plant operations and drive performance improvements
2. Supervise and develop operatives and contractors
3. Oversee maintenance of fixed and mobile plant
4. Monitor production metrics (OOE/OEE) and manage resources
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
6. Champion sustainability and inclusion in all aspects of the role
