An established public sector organisation is seeking a Service Design Analyst to support the development, improvement, and transition of IT and digital services.
You’ll work across teams to ensure service design meets user needs, business objectives, and operational requirements. The role involves service design documentation, stakeholder collaboration, service readiness planning, and supporting go-live activities.
You should have experience with:
* ITIL-aligned service management
* Writing service design packages and support models
* Supporting the transition of services into live operation
* Working with delivery teams in Agile or project-led environments
* Engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
