Getting out there among your team, you'll also inspire from the shop floor to keep everyone motivated, happy and equipped to deliver.What you need to show usTo be successful as a Logistics Shift manager, you'll ideally have warehouse and distribution experience and a background in driving and managing change.If you've got the right personality to lead a diverse team, you'll feel right at home here.
