Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: We bring proven experience delivering large, complex business change projects, ideally within enterprise-scale environments. We have experience with ERP programmes. We are confident applying structured project methodologies alongside practical, hands-on delivery experience. We can lead, guide, coach, and motivate project teams in fast-paced and evolving environments. We build strong relationships naturally and communicate clearly across operational teams and senior leadership. We are comfortable representing projects at all levels, including executive stakeholders. We understand how to navigate complexity, challenge constructively, and support organisational change adoption. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and relevant certification would be advantageous. Responsibilities: We take ownership of delivering multiple large and complex projects from end to end. We ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. We work closely with project sponsors and senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into structured delivery plans. We build and manage detailed project plans. We coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain momentum across a multi-project environment. We oversee budgets, track spend, and maintain strong financial control. We support the definition and realisation of long-term business benefits. We build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners. We proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, including mitigation planning and escalation where needed. We support change adoption and ensure a smooth transition into day-to-day operations. We maintain high-quality documentation, reporting, and governance standards. We provide clear and consistent updates to stakeholders at all levels.
