The Role:
1. Advising a broad mix of borrowers, sponsors, and lenders on deals ranging from £1 million to £1 billion.
2. Working across acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, structured finance, and asset-based lending.
3. Collaborating with major clients including banks, investment funds, and corporates.
4. Enjoying strong support, mentoring and hands-on involvement from day one.
The Ideal Candidate:
5. Qualified solicitor with experience in Banking & Finance transactions, with 3+PQE.
