The Role: Assistant Headteacher (SENCO)
This is a key strategic leadership position for someone who:
* Is passionate about achieving outstanding outcomes for pupils with SEND

* Builds excellent relationships with pupils, staff, families and external agencies
* Can inspire change while maintaining consistency and calm
You will drive SEND strategy, champion inclusion, shape curriculum access and ensure pupils with SEND receive excellent teaching, exceptional pastoral support and personalised guidance.
