An established national property services contractor operating within the social housing sector is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead responsive maintenance operations across the East Midlands. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the performance, profitability and delivery of multiple housing maintenance contracts, working closely with housing associations and local authorities. You will take ownership of the region, leading operational teams, maintaining key client relationships and ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.
