Job Title: Registered Manager – Care Home
Salary: £39,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: DY12 2ET
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our care home. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring compliance and best practice across the service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the care home to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.
* Lead, mentor, and develop staff teams to maintain excellent care standards.
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and local authority requirements.
* Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy effectively.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care – essential.
* Proven leadership experience within a residential care setting.
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and governance.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
* A passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
