About the Role
Muve is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our leading UK Conveyancing Team. This team manages complex and high-value transactions for our top referrers. We pride ourselves on delivering a professional, efficient, and stress-free experience for every client. Our Conveyancers are experts in residential property and manage a variety of transactions including Leasehold, Auction, Remortgage, New Build, and Shared Ownership. As a Conveyancer at Muve, you’ll work closely with the UK Conveyancing Manager and collaborate with both the Conveyancing and Account Management Teams to deliver top-tier legal services.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance targets in a high-volume environment
* Manage a caseload of residential transactions, including Leasehold, Remortgage, New Build, and Shared Ownership
* Ensure timely and accurate case progression, aligned with company standards
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams to ensure smooth case handling
* Maintain case records and updates on Muve’s customer portal (Hoolwa) in line with SLA and compliance policies
* Respond to client queries, calls, and complaints, escalating issues where necessary
* Maximise revenue opportunities from conveyancing services
* Comply with all regulatory and CLC requirements
* Maintain daily updates on case progression
* Encourage and maintain positive client feedback across review platforms such as Trustpilot and Google Reviews
Qualifications
* You will likely have around 5 years’ post-qualified experience in residential conveyancing, or equivalent experience, enabling you to manage a varied and high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a volume conveyancing firm
* Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
* In-depth knowledge across a range of transaction types including Shared Ownership, New Build, Auction and Leasehold
* Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a proactive approach to case progression
