Forrest Recruitment Liverpool are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a very well-established organisation based in the Liverpool City Centre
Joining a small and dynamic team you will be responsible for:
1. Liaising with existing customers via the telephone and email
2. Front of house providing great customer service via telephone and face to face
3. Responding to sales enquiries
4. Hosting events and supporting with marketing for company
5. Inputting information into internal CRM system
6. Liaising with maintenance department and organising any repairs
Skills required: Proven customer service experience, excellent communication skills and proficient using Microsoft packages.
Working hours: Operating between 9am-8pm (9am-5:30pm/11:30am-8pm)
Monday – Saturday (2 Saturday shifts a month)
