Cover Supervisor - Supply (Harrogate, North Yorkshire)
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Salary: £90 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Flexible supply (day-to-day, short-term, and long-term opportunities)
Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-set lessons across various subjects, maintaining student engagement.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Support students in completing their work and address any questions.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at Grade C or above.
* Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Strong behaviour management skills and a passion for education.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Flexibility and reliability to meet the needs of our partner schools.
