Morgan King Construction are recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading main contractor on a new build warehouse project in Stockton-on-Tees.
This is a long-term role running through to August 2026, working as part of the on-site project delivery team.
Duties include:
* Managing all incoming and outgoing project documentation and drawings.
* Ensuring accurate version control and document distribution across teams.
* Supporting the site and commercial teams with document uploads, approvals, and reporting.
* Maintaining registers, logs, and trackers to ensure full document traceability.
* Liaising with subcontractors and consultants to ensure compliance with document management procedures.
* Assisting with project administration and general site support where required.
* Inputting Carbon Data to track Net Zero targets
Systems in use:
* Biosite
* Qflow
* Carbon Centric
* Smart Waste
* Field View
* Priory One
* Payapps
Experience using some or all of these systems would be highly advantageous.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Document Controller for a main contractor or on large construction projects.
* Strong IT and system skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Organised, proactive, and confident managing documentation processes independently.
* Immediate availability preferred.
