We are working with a Social Housing provider, who are looking to recruit a Health & Safety Administrator on a temporary basis for 3 months\n\nWorking as part of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team, you will provide an effective & organised administration service supporting the team in ensuring that all statutory and regulatory responsibilities for health safety and environment are discharged across the business\n\nDuties will include:\n\n * Coordinating the development, implementation and maintenance of health, safety and wellbeing policies and procedures.\n\n * Supporting the Head of Service in compiling and issuing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including the publication of H&S statistics.\n\n * Working collaboratively with an Occupational Health Advisor providing administration support to ensure health surveillance is conducted in a timely manner and that accurate reports are maintained.\n\n * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including incident reports, risk assessments, and audit documentation.\n\n * Triaging accident, incident & hazard reports and allocating to colleagues as appropriate\n\n * Overseeing the management and response to the Shared H&S inbox to ensure queries and requests are handled efficiently.\n\n * Assisting in compiling reports and data for senior management that demonstrates legal compliance and support with best practice and new initiatives. i.e. Haz...
