Were looking for a Content Creator who is genuinely sh*t hot at what they do. Someone who can shoot and edit a stunning long‑form YouTube video, cut a TikTok or Instagram Reel that stops the scroll, design graphics that look world‑class, and photograph a room that makes people fall in love with our floors — all in the same week.
Youll be a core part of our creative team, working alongside our Social Media Manager, Brand Manager and Head of Digital Marketing to produce content that builds the Floor Street brand into something people genuinely love.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING
* Produce and edit long‑form video content for YouTube
* Create short‑form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels — fast, engaging, platform‑native content that drives reach and follows
* Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, website banners, ads and any other creative needs across the business
* Shoot product and lifestyle photography that brings our floors and stair runners to life — both in studio and on location
* Edit video using Premiere Pro to a professional standard, with strong attention to pacing, sound, colour grading and captions
* Use Photoshop, Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design, image editing and asset creation
* Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on content calendars and briefs — making sure what gets made is whats needed and when
* Stay ahead of trends across TikTok and Instagram and bring fresh ideas to the team constantly
* Support paid advertising creative — producing ad assets for Meta, TikTok and Google campaigns
* Contribute to the overall creative direction of the Floor Street brand
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
* Exceptional video editing skills — Premiere Pro is non‑negotiable, After Effects a strong bonus
* Strong graphic design ability — Photoshop, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience shooting and editing short‑form content for TikTok and Instagram that actually performs
* Experience producing and editing long‑form YouTube content
* Photography skills — product, lifestyle and location shooting
* A genuine passion for social media, marketing and advertising — you follow creators and brands closely and think about what makes content work
* A strong personal portfolio — show us work youre genuinely proud of
* Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines without constant direction
* Creative eye and strong attention to detail — you notice when something is slightly off and you fix it
* 2+ years of experience in a content creation, videography or design role
NICE TO HAVE
* Experience in ecommerce, interiors or lifestyle brands
* Knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and animations
* Experience with drone photography or videography
* Understanding of SEO and how it applies to YouTube and blog content
* Experience with paid social ad creative — knowing what converts, not just what looks good
