Shift pattern: 08.00am- 20.00pm; 20.00pm- 08.00am
Hours: 36 hour per week
Requirement: must hold a full UK Driving licence and own transport due to nature of the role

We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Totton. This individual is a horror movie fan, thrill seeking rollercoaster rider who loves to shop, bake and sing. You will be supporting a client who has Autism and behaviours that may present as challenging and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.
What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.To help them make the most of these outings, were looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence .
What youll be doing As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:
Providing high-quality support
Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
This is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.
