The Role – Senior Estimator As Bid & Estimating Coordinator, you will join a collaborative and high-performing pre-construction team, playing a vital role in the preparation of bids and tenders, helping to shape projects before they begin on site. Key Responsibilities: Provide coordination and administrative support to the estimating team throughout the tender and bid process. Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofreading tender documents and submissions. Gather and organise project information, drawings, and specifications for estimates. Maintain accurate records, trackers, and databases to support estimating activities. Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain quotations and technical information. Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and ensure deadlines are consistently met. Support the smooth running of the pre-construction function while building your knowledge of estimating and bid management.
