In this role, you’ll handle customer enquiries, ensure timely resolutions, manage supply transfers, maintain asset records and perform vital administrative tasks to support the business. To succeed in this role, you’ll need excellent customer service skills gained in a similar role, strong MS Office proficiency and the ability to build great relationships. Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor:
1. Process change of tenancies that occur, accurately and in a timely manner
2. Liaise with clients and associated third parties both verbally and in writing
3. Ensure customer and broker enquiries are resolved in a timely and effective manner
4. Shared management of the busy shared customer enquiry inbox
5. Process contracts ensuring that customer accounts and payment details are set up correctly
6. Seek to identify process or system improvements
7. Maintain data accuracy
Skills and experience required for the Customer Service Advisor:
8. Customer Service experienced gained in a call centre environment is essential
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and build relationships
11. Excellent IT skills, with proven working knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel
12. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all areas of work
13. Able to multitask and prioritise within a challenging environment
14. Able to work well both individually as well as part of a team
