We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills. This role involves overseeing daily front-of-house activities, ensuring a high standard of service, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests.
Responsibilities
* Ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
* Train new team members in restaurant procedures and customer service excellence.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Support management in scheduling shifts and managing team performance.
Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
* Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Hourly wage is separate from any Gratuity you will receive monthly based on role and business performance.
