Ready to take the next step in your HR career? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant People Partner to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in supporting managers and employees across a wide range of HR activity.What you’ll do
* Be the go to contact for day to day HR queries
* Support the full employee lifecycle
* Coach managers on policies and procedures
* Lead on HR casework as directed
* Help streamline and improve HR processes
* Support staff wellbeing and workplace experience
* Work collaboratively across teams and sites
What you’ll bring
* Experience in an HR environment
* Confidence advising managers
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Great organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, flexible and people focused approach
* A relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience
