Job Description
* Accurately manage production paperwork and stock movement documentation.
* Support creation and distribution production reports.
* Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to avoid shortages or excess.
* Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintaining part and product codes.
* Manage internal orders through the production and dispatch process.
* Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
* Communicate with production supervisors and managers to ensure everyone knows what production goals need to be achieved.
* Liaise with other departments, such as sales and engineering to ensure smooth operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Manufacturing Production Administrator should have:
* Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the manufacturing and electronics industry.
* Able to interpret engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).
* Experience in order processing, parts management, and warehousing in a production environment.
* Knowledge in using SAGE200 - training will be provided.
* Experience of working in Contract Electronic Manufacturing environment or similar.
* Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
