Job Description
We are looking for an Administrator to join our Leicester based client. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department, providing administrative and front-of-house support.
We can consider full or part time hours. Office based.
£25k full time, pro rata for part time.
The Role:
1. Handling incoming post and emails, including scanning and distributing to relevant teams
2. Updating internal systems, databases, and key date diaries
3. Opening, maintaining, and archiving client files
4. Printing, copying, and filing documents accurately
5. Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
6. Preparing and sending outgoing mail
7. Providing reception cover and answering main office lines when required
8. Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
9. Supporting department-specific administration
10. Completing general office duties and ad hoc tasks as required
The Candidate:
11. Previous experience in an administrative, office support, legal admin or receptionist role (preferred)
12. Strong written and verbal communication skills
13. Confident and professional telephone manner
14. Strong IT skills
