We are expanding and have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and determined Children’s Home Registered Managers. This role will see you lead and inspire your own team to ensure that the children living within the home have outstanding care, great role models and a safe place to call home. We foster supportive relationships that encourage open reflection and transform lives through shared living and learning experiences.
We are offering a £5,000 relocation bonus to anyone willing to move to take up this role. The role offers a competitive base salary with the opportunity to earn up to £18,000 in annual bonuses, paid quarterly. Bonus eligibility is based on home occupancy and achieving a “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted rating.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a children’s home, ensuring high standards of care and safety.
* Supervise and develop staff to deliver outstanding support for children.
* Collaborate with professional teams to meet regulatory requirements and Ofsted frameworks.
* Foster a therapeutic, child-centered environment that supports open reflection and learning.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a role related to residential care of children.
* At least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff.
* NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* Recent Ofsted inspection achieving a “Good” or “Outstanding” grade.
