One of clients within the Purchasing industry are hiring for numerous Business Development Managers due to rapid growth.
Description: An outstanding opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing dynamic purchasing businesses in the UK. They are continuing its ongoing expansion and have vacancies for BDMs throughout the UK. Working with our client will give you the chance to engage with market-leading suppliers and brand owners, allowing you the opportunity to build on and hone your sales experience.
Responsibilities
* Focus primarily on new business and working with existing customers to increase sales while maintaining category management and retaining a customer service focus.
* Manage your own territory with areas of focus including pubs, hotels, bars, golf clubs and leisure venues.
* Develop long-term customer relationships with existing and new customers; hold a tenacious and enthusiastic attitude to drive accounts from first meeting to trading.
* Understand the UK’s catering, licensing and leisure industries; be prepared to build on your existing career in field sales with a dynamic and positive attitude.
* Enjoy communicating and managing your own time; seize opportunities to learn new skills and develop your skillset.
* A full clean driving license is essential. Strong IT skills with the capability to work with internal systems and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
