OTE: Up to £80,000 (uncapped)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales / Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and build long-term relationships for our Wembley branch.
This role offers the autonomy to make a genuine impact, with full support from our compliance, payroll, and delivery teams. You’ll work with a business that is ISO9001 certified, GLAA licensed, and powered by our innovative in-house recruitment tech platform – QBIS.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and win new business opportunities across industrial, logistics, warehouse, and transport sectors
* Build strong client relationships and understand their workforce needs
* Conduct site visits and negotiate terms of service
* Liaise with internal recruitment and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding
* Work to realistic KPIs and revenue targets with uncapped earning potential
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment sales, B2B sales, or business development
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Experience working in the industrial or driving sector (preferred but not essential)
* Full UK driving licence (required)
* Positive, proactive, and results-driven personality
