Audit Manager Position - Lead Audits and Develop Team Members
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within our Audit team. As an experienced auditor, you will be responsible for leading audits and developing the skills of your team members.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading audit teams and ensuring delivery of audits within agreed timelines
* Developing and implementing effective audit plans and procedures
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders and identifying business opportunities
* Participating in office marketing events and promoting the firm's services
* Recruiting, retaining, developing, and motivating employees
You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/ICAS) with significant experience in auditing and leadership. A good working knowledge of financial products, firm services, issues regarding advice and regulation, and compliance is essential. Experience of project management and recruitment would be advantageous.
