We offer a diverse range of decisioning software and data services to the online lending industry in both the UK and Australia. We primarily supply services to UK clients; however, we have ambitious plans for growth and are looking to expand into new territories overseas.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join our Tech Ops Team. The primary focus of the role will be to help design, build and maintain the existing infrastructure of our various systems across the business.

What We're Looking For
The role:
· Work within the TechOps team to help design, build and maintain the infrastructure of our various systems across the business.
· The role demands a proactive approach ensuring platforms are robust through effective monitoring, up to date security, high availability, and stable automation.
· Monitoring and alerts - setup and maintenance
· Cloud services - setup, configuration, and management
· Research solutions and provide business cases and quotes for new provisions
· Server and other infrastructure maintenance
· Software installs, updates and patches
· DevOps – configuration
· Automation
Identify and analyse potential candidates for automation
Setup, configure and maintain automated processes
· Networking & Firewalls
· Designing and maintaining the security of the network, infrastructure and data
· Ongoing maintenance
Server, network, firewall, hardware etc.
Identifying improvements, performance tuning
Server migrations
Encryption and security
· Domain management and maintenance
· High Availability
Out-of-hours support
Disaster recovery; setup & maintenance
Skills/Experience Required:
· Windows Server and Active Directory or Azure AD/Entra ID
· Experience with installing, configuring and administering Linux, and Linux-based applications
· Good working knowledge of network administration (firewalls and DNS)
· Security focused
· AWS
· Azure DevOps
· Experience of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery
· Scripting – PowerShell
· Must be highly focused, self-motivated, and disciplined.
· Great communication skills.
· A willingness and drive to learn new skills.
· Strong in analysis and problem solving.
· Has great attention to detail, rigorous in testing and completion of a task.
· A good organiser and able to work under pressure
