About The Role FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior Business Analyst & Team Lead (Agile) to work for our client within the Insurance / Financial Services sector. This is a 2‑month contract with strong potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in London. Our client is undertaking a major enterprise-wide change initiative to design and implement a standardised change framework, governance model, and operating structure. Responsibilities: Lead a small team of analysts (Service Designer Junior BAs) to deliver project outputs. Analyse, document, and validate business processes, workflows, and decision points. Elicit, refine, and translate requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis. Produce requirements documentation, acceptance criteria, and detailed process maps. Support development of governance models, reporting standards, and operating procedures. About You 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise‑level change environments. Experience mentoring or leading junior team members. Strong background in Agile delivery. Proficient in process mapping, requirements documentation, and structured analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
