Job summary
Working as an integral part of matrix team, the Territory Manager will be working collaboratively with marketing and the field sales teams to promote, sell and ensure the growth of On Formulary target brands across the Compression areas within a designed territory.
This role will be primarily field based and required a lot of travel as per customer and/ or business needs across the Surrey & Sussex areas.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Development of Business Plans in order to optimise Account growth.
2. Achievement of annual sales and market share targets for the Urgo Focus Brand Portfolio.
3. Providing customers with relevant clinical and product knowledge through effective presentation and listening skills.
4. Utilise all available data to enable highly effective planning and territory management.
