This role will cover the E, EN, IG, N, & NW postcode areas, so a good understanding of the local geography & workforce landscape is essential.You will be responsible for leading a team of Meter Operatives, ensuring performance targets, safety standards, and compliance requirements are met, while delivering against key business objectives. The role also includes resource planning, team development, and budget responsibility, making this a varied and influential leadership position.Please note: candidates must have prior experience in the metering industry and have previously managed field-based teams within this sector.
