You’ll be building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, generating new business, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering a high standard of service at every stage. A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator
10. Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
11. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
12. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
13. Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
14. Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
15. A focus on generating new and repeat business
16. Canvassing the local area
17. Door knocking and leaflet dropping
18. Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills of a Senior Lettings Negotiator
19. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
20. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
21. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
22. Ability to work under own initiative
23. Good telephone manner
24. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
25. Attention to detail
26. Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
